The hotel had some issues with the rooms being too warm and having a musty odor, and the maid service was not the best. However, the service from the front desk and cleaning staff was nice. The location was not ideal due to the surrounding busy roads, but the dining experience was lovely with a great outdoor atmosphere. Facilities were adequate overall.

I can't even believe how lucky I was to come across this hotel for our family day trip to escape the city hustle. It was a complete disaster at first but turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The rooms were beautifully decorated, smelled fresh, and had a very comfortable bed with good sheets, though lighting was a bit sparse, and the bathrooms were not as well-lit. Overall, the stay was very clean and comfortable.
